The Blank Space.

The project proposes a new method to address new Airbnb typologies through the lens of neurodiversity by implementing multiple configurations of blankness. We are proposing a blank space that is defined by the juxtaposition of fixed conditions. To provide maximum comfort for neurodiverse individuals, there needs to be radically unique fixed condition that could potentially act individualistically. These fixed conditions become the anchor against the movable elements that define the adaptability of the spaces. Those customizable systems control and regulate a space in an individual setting or the holistic integration of all the diatomic spaces involved. This optimizes the maximum comfort for neurotypical or neurodiverse individuals that inhabit the Airbnb.
